About this project
A comprehensive HR management platform designed for the McCrory Center that automates the entire employee lifecycle — from candidate application through onboarding, training, payroll, and compliance.
Features include: automated candidate workflow with round-robin assignment, self-service interview scheduling, document verification and compliance tracking, multi-stage onboarding workflows, staff training management, payroll processing, time-off requests, and automated email/SMS notifications throughout the hiring process.
Built with Laravel, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS with real-time updates, role-based access control, and extensive automation rules to minimize manual HR tasks.
